The Weekend has come and past! Did you maybe partake in too many festivities? Did you go a little overboard on the munchies? Well now it’s time to get moving and kick it into high gear with this HIIT workout. Time to push it! The sequence is jump squats, lunges, burpees, pushups, mountain climbers and crunches. Rest 30 seconds between each exercise. Try to repeat this cycle for 25 minutes. Do the best you can! Push through but also make sure you listen to your body. Remember to warm for at least 5 minutes before you begin! Good luck!
