5 4 3 2 1 workout

Here is a 15 minute workout to try!  It will get your heart pumping and the sweat flowing!

5 minutes

  • 1 min jumping jacks
  • 1 min high knees
  • 1 min front kicks
  • 1 min jump rope
  • 1 min jumping jacks

4 minutes

  • 1 min lunges
  • 1 min mountain climbers
  • 1 min lunges
  • 1 min mountain climbers

3 minutes

  • 10 push ups
  • 15 dips

2 minutes

  • 30 sec squats
  • 30sec jump squats
  • 30 sec squats
  • 30 sec jump squats

1 minute

  • Plank
